well if you plan of hiking, biking or doing alot of outdoor activities with the camera it might be a good idea since the risk of breaking it is higher

if it will be used around the house or to take vids of you having *** there probably isnt any need for the warranty

*unless the girl you are secretly recording sees it

I have the canon powershot A530 and i love it has so much to offer.

*image stabilization

*small and compact

*easy control's

*nice zoom

* takes very good pics , was on my trip to ohio my dad was driving like 85mph and i got a pic looks just like i was standing still not all blurred and all that bs

It ran me $140 i had a gift card to Best buy .

it is a replacement warranty. and i still have a week or so to get it. covers things the manf. warrnty doesnt. like spills , drops etc..i think im going to get it when im up that way again..

yea , make sure you get the FULL accidental warranty because I had the canon SD630.. LOVED IT .. but the lens got stuck and wouldnt come out of the camera , so i just tried to wiggle it to see if it would move or come out , it did 50 % of the time , but it needed to get sent in...

Anyways I purchased it with the BB warranty and the warranty place called me saying i dropped it and there was a Piece missing ( some ring piece that goes around the lens,, I basically said" Do not use this crap against me again.. I DID NOT drop it, i tried to move the lens to see if it would come out cuz the camera was Not working THUS the warranty I bought should and will cover it.. They said nope, and wanted to charge me 258 bux to fix a 6 month old camera i bought for 299.. So they jerked me around for about 15 minutes , telling me im a liar and i shouldve paid 20 bux more for the FULL warranty,

So buy the full accidental warranty cuz they even will try to dick you around with that like they did me, now i have a useless $300 camera and a bitter taste for BB
