reason im not putting this in the "Scammer" section is because i wanna give him a chance to respond.

i paid for an ATI radeon 9800 pro from him and everything went well until he "shipped" it.... its been a week and UPS tracking still says the billing info has been recieved. Its only comin from Colorado. Ive pmed and emailed him twice and no response.

he was on not too long ago this morning. So im callin you out man, just for a response at least.

billing information received doesn't mean that UPS has the package. most likely he has an account with UPS and arranged for pickup

nah he printed the shipping label out via paypal and it seems he hasnt physically sent it yet...

"Billing Info Received" can mean simply that a shipping label was printed and nothing more. I can print a label right off of my deskjet but until the package is actually presented to a UPS facility or picked up by a driver and scanned I wouldn't be billed for it.
