What frequency is the LPF set to, exactly?yes thats what i did. but my gain is all the way up and the bass boost is up 3/4 and the lpf is about half way.

yes, i checked like 20 times before mounting the subs.Just another though... have you checked, re-checked, and checked again for good measure that your subs are wired to present a 1 ohm load to the amp?
