Cadence S2W8, Sundown SA8, IA I series 8?

I can't decide between those 3 subwoofers for my next build. I will be going with 4 8" subwoofers, all wired down to 1 ohm total impedance. They will be running off my Hifonics BRX1600.1D. Which sub is recommended over the others and why?

Choices:

Cadence S2W8 single 4 ohm

Sundown SA8 v2 dual 2 ohm

Incriminator Audio I Series dual 2 ohm

I haven't heard many good things about Cadence. As usual, everyone loves that Sundown sub, and I haven't heard a single thing about the IA sub. I'm looking for SQL but that is more determined by the box which will be professionally made, so no worries there. Space is not an issue, either.

Thanks guys!

I have a 10 that's similar to the one listed. more than likely just an older model and it is amazingly loud and low for a 10 on 350 watts. I would imagine the 8s to be very similar. mine is the 187 series. the SQ is nice and gets down even though its tuned a hair higher than I normally tune to at 35hz. whats the price difference on the subs?

problem with both the sundown and cadence is they need a bunch more power. if I was you id try the IA's if its similar pricing.

You don't "need" a bunch more power. OP, you'll be satisfied with any of those. If you're looking for SQL, check out the JBL GTO 8. It won a SQ championship a few years back.

Yeah I'm going for loud, I listen to rap, dubstep, and country. No real crazy fast beats most of the time.

thats a 100 watts less than rms on the sa8. i'd run a litle bigger box (but dont get crazy) maybe 1 - 1.25 cubes per sub.
Knowing my box builder he'll go crazy... each sub will probably end up with somewhere around 1.4 after displacement. What is the advantage of mounting the sub bass ackwards, so the front of the sub is facing inside the box? Is it just to save displacement?

i do it when box size is limited, some do it just for looks.
