Cadence S2W8, Sundown SA8, IA I series 8?

Yeah I'll have 4 of whatever sub I pick on 1.6k
why not 2 12's on the same amount of space

One 8" = 50.27

One 10" = 78.54

One 12" = 113.1

One 15" = 176.71

One 18" = 254.47

Two 8" = 100.53

Two 10" = 157.08

Two 12" = 226.19

Two 15" = 353.43

Two 18" = 508.94

Three 8" = 150.8

Three 10" = 235.62

Three 12" = 339.29

Three 15" = 530.14

Three 18" = 763.41

Four 8" = 201.06

you get more cone area and a simpler and cheaper system that will be just as loud

Because everyone has 2 12's. I like being different, but you do bring up a good point. Maybe I'll pick up a second XFL but then I'll be underpowering 2 subs that love being overpowered.

Well, you'd be doing that anyway with the SA-8s..

But not with my other 2 choices. Plus the SA8's would cost over $200 more for all 4 of them in the end if I do go with them. Everything is up in limbo still, haven't made any choices right now other than electrical upgrades.

My pair bangs pretty good off 1k..

hey that's my old box lol

You get them in yet? I loved my VFL 8's. Regret selling them and am going to be picking up another pair. They are a pain in the *** to mount though. The cutout to mount them is barely big enough to pass the motor and terminals through. You better be very good with a router or jigsaw and I recommend to cut the hole a little small and then sand it out to the size that you need.

Nope I'll be getting them around tax time, I'll be buying a box from @double 07 ; when I pull the trigger on everything. I ended up picking up another XFL for a deal I couldn't pass up and am trying to sell it on craigslist
