Cactus is a monster, after hearing about all the bad things w/ the 7kd and up Stetsom models i have a hard time trusting one for daily. But the 7k2d is suppose to be leaps and bounds better than the first edition for daily purposes.

For starters, its less than 1/2 the size of the cactus, its more efficient and is more powerful.

The cactus is rated 7000rms @ 1ohm @ 14.4 volts, while the 72kd is rated 7200rms @ 12.5 volts and 9700 rms @ 13.6 volts.

The Cactus "zenon" based 7k board is known for trouble, ask Db-R or any knowledgeable repair tech on these forums. Not to mention Stetsom's 1 year warranty.

I think its a clear choice as to what amp u should choose.

Anyways. Both are good amps. You can't go wrong with either.
