Bypass factory amp by direct wire to factory speakers?

Yes, I did it in my Contour. Work much better than double amping it. Just tie the HU out puts into the factory amp out puts. Some snipping and soldering and your done. There are also factory amp bypass harnesses if you want to spend the money.
