Buzzing sound, worked before?

Hi. Bought a Taramps dsp 3000 q month ago. Connected it first week once to try it, flawless. Tried it today, buzzing sound. Here's a video of the buzz. https://vid.me/GmSD

No rca attached even. Tried 2 batteries. Two speaker cables (I know they are working)
