Buying wheels with no center caps?

Ive found a set of wheels/tires for sale for 75$ and im thinking about buying them. They came off a mustang and the guy swears theyll fit my gm 5 lug, but i havent checked yet so im not sure. I dont know what kind they are but imma get pics eventually so maybe someone can tell me. They look similar to these wheels, but with a diff center cap (which is missing) I think they may be some type of factory wheel option on mustangs as i think ive seen them on a few but not sure. They were on a 96 i believe. Homeboy upgraded to some 22"s so needs to sell the old ones for crack money.

so basically if i buy the wheels how can i get center caps?

No but very similar. They dont have exposed lugs, and the spokes are more rounded on the insides. I believe the wheels are 18"s. BTW how much do tires run for wheels like that?

well, if you are going to put them on a catalina you should just save your money

If it's a factory ford wheel it will not bolt up to any GM product without adapters .

I take it back that it might be a factory wheel. I just remembered its the multi lug style or whatever, has like 20 lug holes in it. Only aftermarket wheels have that right? Ill have to get pics for you guys though

if it has more than 5 lug holes they might fit....

what about offset/backspacing?

did you check that? these might sit 4" outside your wheel well or something....

I was gonna mount one up and see how it fit before i bought them. I believe it has 3 diff lug patterns on it. And the guy said his mustang was a 5 lug (i thought ford was usually 4 lug though?) Chances are they wont fit but if they do i wanna get the center caps and everything if im gonna use them. How much would tires for rims like these cost?

if its unilug it might, jco is right, ford is 5x4.5, rwd gm is 5x4.75, more than likely if you are trying to put rwd rims on a fwd they wont fit because of offset and it wont have fwd bolt patterns in the wheel like 5x100, 5x115, etc. What car do you have? I thought you had ad on dodge

if they are unilug they probably will have the bolt pattern in it. How much tires cost we have no idea. What size rims?
