Don't ya think it'd be a better idea to ask your insurance agent, since it will vary state to state //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
And even then, not to sound like a dick, but a lot of people who *think* they know, don't really. Just better safe than sorry and ask your insurance agent.
No, once you buy a car, it is off their insurance. I just got a new (used) car, so im rather sure of it. You have to get it inspected within 30 days, too, i believe, after you get it registered.
for my insurance company if i already have a car insured and i buy a used one, the used one is automatically insured for 2 weeks. this gives you time to drive it and get it registered and all that good stuff without having to worry about gettin in an accident. State Farm btw
you may wanna call an insureance company or if you have one already give them a call and they may be able to give you temp insurance for any vehicle you are driving that would cover say you go pick up a new used car and crash it on the way home. but im not totally sure stick with squeaks advice
