Wondering if anyone has ever had experience with something like this: http://www.choosecars.com. Even if they are seized cars, they still look to be way too cheap...an STi for 5 grand? Just came across and thought it was interesting.
ownedi baught a car from a seized auction lot... turned out the paint was brand new but the entire transmission was blown... worst $250 i ever spent

and because they were originally sold in NO, they aren't allowed to be sold elsewhere at a later date?!... No almost all the cars that were flooded in new orleans were either sold IN new orleans (i went to a couple of those auctions), and the rest were handled by the insurnace companies, I.E. sent to wrecking yards.
