I was thinking about buying an amp from someone but he has no refs. If I paid with paypal and it ended up being a scam could I get my money back?

Or should I say that the only way ill do it is if he ships first?

Idk I just got ripped off on here buy IloveBass I am pretty sure and I dont want it to happen again.

thats not always best, all he has to do is show a tracking # and paypal will rule on his side, he could send you a box of bricks (it has happened) and as long as he has a tracking # to show he sent something, the buyer is screwed
