Ok heres the deal I go buy my Car. My buick lasabre not to long ago . then i set it on 20's. when i went to buy it my cousin was with me and My cousin signed over and notarized the title for me (basicaaly put it in his name) since im not 18. He never got a chance to go to the BMV to fully put it in his name.....a.k.a get a New clear title. He missed his court dates and has several warrants for his arrest. So now theres no possible way for him to go to the BMV do get a new title because he'll get arrested on the spot. So now im stuck with a Shiny *** Car on 20's with hella offers to sell it but i cant do shiit because i dnot have a freaking title. Its pissing me off now because i have a dude that want to trade me a Box Caprice on all Black 22's. And freakin pissing me off. Now he cant get his warrants off him till he pays his court fee's blah blah.....costs like $400 total. So im stuck with a Car That Im trying to sell and I cant....Am i SCREWED Until he straightens himself out or is thier a way i can get around this because im about ready to go nuts.....

I did not know 'Shiney *** cars' included rust?

So am I assuming correctly that since the car was never registered (most states only give 7 days from purchase to registration) that you have been driving unregistered and uninsured?

well i dont think he will get aressted unless they run his name

the computer wont pop up warrants when doing title work

and if he signed it and it is in his name, then you could sell the car with the title signed by him, then the other party will go and get it registered straight to him. Unless you mean that your bro never got it put in his name in the first place. Then I don't know what to tell you. Sorry bud
