buying an used amp?

Need advice. Will it be ok to buy a Jl/500 1 slash amp if its been used for the past 4 yrs?Also the asking price was $200 is that fair?

It's not all that bad. If it is local then I would check it out to make sure it works. If it is on the internet then I would try and make sure it was from a trusted source.

I am glad that I am drinkin...........

But overall I have had positive experiences buying used. As long as you can factor in a repair cost and STILL be under the BNIB price it is definately worth it.

(repair and shipping usually around 125 or so, but it depends...)
