Buying 2 10's need help picking an amp and wiring????

So im getting 2 Pioneer 10's 1100w Peak 250W nominal (im assuming thats the RMS) and 4 ohm heres the model (Pioneer TS-W254R) and i need a good reasonably priced amp to power them obviously mono and also i have no clue how to wire them or what kind of wiring kit to get so any suggestions or help would be spectacular.
