^^^ thats pretty shitty right there
Indeed, but if you think about it every white person includes at least one article in the transaction leading to this outcome.

Here are some examples:

A. They ship UPS "what can brown do for you?"

B. The label is printed on "white" paper.

C. When was the last time you seen black peanuts or foam?

Think about it. it is inevitable. I totally see his point.

Poor communication is definitely the worst. You tell me you are going to be a few days late shipping, I can understand, other things have to get done too. But if my stuff hasnt' been shipped yet and you're not answering my pm's, I'm going to get pissed as hell because I think I'm getting ripped off.

All that other stuff is pretty bad, but there's just nothing like feeling like you are being taken for a ride of a couple hundred dollars because the guy doesn't pm you back.

I'd have to agree with most here that communication is the biggest issue for me... I understand that people have lives and can't always make it to the post office or UPS store the very next day. Jeez, I'm in the medical field for crying out loud, I GET IT when shit happens or things come up.

But for me, I know that 90% (or more) of the people I deal with are online nearly every day at some point or other, even if it's just to check email and/or PMs. To me, when I go 2-3 days without hearing something (if I've specifically asked) I start getting pretty **** concerned. If a seller was going to be out that long (say a business trip, vacation or something) I should have been made aware of the impending delay, and the vast majority of the time, I'd say that's no big deal, I can wait.

But if you ignore my requests for information, you've essentially just told me that I'm not important enough for you to talk to... AFTER I've sent you the money! Not cool!

One other thing that irks me, and it's happened to me at least once on here, is when you have an agreement on a price, then you get a message asking for more money. In that instance, I bailed quick, and even when the seller relented immediately, I just told him I was no longer interested. Just NOT the kind of person I wanted to do business with. Untrustworthy, if you ask me. Plus, he told me he was already losing his *** on the sale, but when I searched his username, I found how much he really paid for the item, and he was actually almost doubling his money. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Like I said, untrustworthy... karma's a *****.

communication (being online once a week for two weeks straight)

*cough* Jblanford

Saying they will ship on a certain day and the next week I still don't have a tracking number or even knowing if the item has been shipped. *cough* Jblanford

The seller has had your money for two weeks and you don't know what the **** is going on with them *cough*... well.. you get the jist.

Charging extra for Paypal fees followed closely by slow shipping
I completely forgot about this. It's not usually a dealbreaker, but it is usually somewhere irritating to me when people want to charge for this. I mean, it's **** 3%, it's not a huge thing. Personally, I look at it as a convenience to me, the SELLER, to be able to accept CCs and/or get my money faster via PayPal. It opens up my target audience that much more.

How do you feel when businesses tell you it'll be purchase price + tax + shipping, and THEN they say, oh yeah, +3% credit card fees.

Ack.

Yes it is against the Paypal TOS agreement and you can lose your account if they find out.

It is 3% freakin percent, just include it in your selling price if you really need the few extra bucks or cents. If the item is $1000 it does add up, but at that price $30 up/down shouldnt even matter.

Adding "$*** + paypal fees" makes a seller look cheap IMO. If they are that cheap imagine how much they are gonna try to skimp on packing materials and shipping costs.

My opinion on Paypal fee's is either make that part of the original cost, known to the buyer or not (It's the buyer's choice to pay this cost), fully express that you are going to take paypal fees out of whatever the final price comes to be, or just **** it the **** up. Don't go taking an extra $5 out of me because you're a greedy, stupid sob.

Yup, had one sale here where I was buying over 800 bucks worth of product at an agreed to price. Went to send money and the seller decided to charge an extra 20 bucks. I don't care if its just a penny more, if you agree to a price, sell it for that, don't try get another 20 after a deal is struck. I backed out of that deal even after the seller backed off the add'l 20 dollar charge. I was so astounded at the stupidity I just didn't feel right dealin with that person anymore.

Other than that, communication and packaging. If I pay 500 bucks for something don't package it like your shipping a nerf football. Shipping companies will kick the box all the way too me...package it so it can take it.

As for paypal fee's, just include it in your price. Another cheap *** move that gets to me. If you want to recover the $3 per hundred of product just include it in the price. If your selling 1k+ items I totally understand taking the paypal fees into account, but just include it in the price. If your selling a $50 item just **** it up and don't ask for paypal fees...if you can't take a $1.50 hit your too **** cheap for me to be dealing with, you will probably skimp on packaging supplies.
