I'm not a HUGE network person, I understand the ideas behind it and can do a good amount, but I won't even take credit from you on this, that material is beyond me. My hats off to you, and I give you +5 in the props department.

If you guys dont know Cisco certifications, its about as elite as you can go. Friend of ours has the top cert from them (wish I could think of it) and he basically works from home 80% of the time and when he travels a company pays for EVERYTHING and he goes in, does an analysis and basically says pay me this, and they always do.
