Burp box for 2 SA-8's

you havent messed around with many spl boxes have you?

Don't know peak, a Buick Enclave. I can place them any way. I have like 18^3
18^3 is wayy more than you need bub lol.. for you i would say just get a nice 6'' external aero and start testing with a single sub . start at 44 and work your way up . i have never fooled with an enclave or seen one as an spl vehicle.

 
i have seen an enclave burp car doing 150's on 2 saz 1500's. id say 1^3 at most for the subs tune at 45 htz subs up port back tho.adjust the port til you hit the best score .also move the box forward and back in the truck to find the loudest point.

and mine is 152.8 sealed on the dash legal

Knew it is way too much, hell I've got enough room for 2 or 3 18's, lol. Just not sure what to tune to and how much space. So total 2.6-3.0^3 total with a 6" external aero? Why not a L bend port? I want one large box so I wouldn't be able to test with a single sub.

You mean 1^3 for each right? How would I do an adjustable port?

triple the power, lol. But I don't think I want to go smaller as I am at 1.2 after displacement at 35htz right now for a daily. Doubt that would be good for a burp.

o nice. havent seen many enclaves around here. i was going by what ive seen on te sa 8s when i said 1.3 but then again it was 56 hz tuning.

and your score wasnt from the trunk with the seat folded up .

 
The larger the box the peakier it is but the more the sub will travel. If you're burping at tuning AND the cabin peak the amount the sub moves is very little...I wouldn't do anymore than 1-1.2 per though

 
1 cubic ft each sub will be good .you gotta remember that with a bigger box you'll get an ohm rise,the bigger the box the more rise you'll get.considering its going to be a burp box the 1 cubic before displacement would be good.as far as the port goes,get you aero ,buy some extra pvc pipe,cut it in different lengths,and try them in the box, with a termlab,until you get to your loudest point. then move the box forward and back and see if it gets louder.
