Building your own subwoofer?

I've always wanted to try building my own subwoofer from the ground up and now that I'm single again (crazy *****..), I have the time and money to do it. I've got some common sense and basic knowledge but how hard is it going to be to put it all together and working correctly? I know I can find motors in the Classifieds, and I know that I'll need a basket, recone kit, ect. but what sites sell them? Also what are some good tutorial sites to check out before I start making purchases and trying to assemble things?

Nu-way FTW.. ive gotten alot of shit from them in the past:)
mike's a pretty knowledgeable guy, and the prices from nuway were pretty reasonable. I believe for a 15" cone that looks like a SI mag, or RE, ... it was $16.50

cant beat that. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fro.gif.c695f1f814b01c4ad99fe7f8cccadd29.gif
