Building new box questions (w/ pic)

I just bought two 15 inch kicker cvrs and I am going to build a sealed enclosure for them. This is the 6th box that I have made so I figured that it is time to learn to make boxes with angles other than 90 degrees. The picture shows what I want it to look like (my amp will be mounted on the top if the picture is too small for you to see that). You should see that it won't be a rectangular box. It will look more like a hexagon (from the front) than a rectangle. But I was wondering what this will do to my sq. If I turn the top 4 corners into 8 corners will it lower my sound quality?
