You need to buy a book about live aquariums; if that's the route you're going.

Aquariums are a hassle, and you need to be alot more involved.

You can't just add water and a "bubbler" and a hanging filter thing and expect to have a healthy habitat.

Read up first my man.

Honestly, if you are just starting out, do freshwater

I did freshwater for about 2 1/2 years before venturing into the salt-water world.

It can get REALLY expensive, and any slight changes in water conditions and you can loose $100's in fish

I had a 29 gallon freshwater, then upgraded that to a 55

And I have a 150 gallon that took probably $1200+ to get set up and running with fish
