building a couple new boxes

well i want to build a couple box

both of the boxes will be 25W x 15.5H x 24D

the first will have 2.5 inch port tuned to 28hz 4 cubic feet

the 2nd will have a 6 inch port tuned to 45hz 3.2 cubic feet.

how do you guys think this will sound i want to hear the difference in the boxes or do you think i should do pretty much the same but have it ported in to the car and seal it off

For what sub? The 6" port enclosure is going to be louder and have less low end. The 2.5" port will sound terrible and you will get a ton of port noise. Assuming here that you're using a sub worth a **** and that you're talking about round port diameters.

thats cool i will let you know how it sounds compared to the 2nd one. the first one i built was 35hz. i think im gonna port them into the car
