Budget System Help

I am looking to build a system on a budget of between 500-700$. I mainly listen to Rap and R&B but some rock also so subwoofers are important. I drive a 98 pontiac sunfire with speakers that are not so hot so they may need to be upgraded.

I am new to car audio so some help with quality affordable would be welcome. If you could steer me in the right direction as far as some subs and an amp that go together would be awesome.

Look at Hifonics and Power Acoustik for amps

It just depends on how much bass you want.

Keep your eye out for some nice used equipment, alot of times you save TONS and get really great deals.

I would recomend a single driver between 500-1000 watts probably a 12"
