Budget 15's and 18's

I wanna build a platform for a blowthrough, to get the ball rolling, and want to use 1-2 15's or 1 18". However, I only have so much money at the moment and so much power available. Anything with lots more cone area will get louder than my 10", so I just want something so that I can cut the bed and build a box, and anytime I want to upgrade I can swap boxes and/or subs.

I have 1200W on hand, and my budget is up to $200. Just want a loud daily sub to tune to 35-38 Hz and still wants to get low. What's out there?

I've got 2 old Image dynamics 15's, i dont anything about them. i was running one off 300rms in a 3.2cu/ft box tuned to 33hz and it got pretty loud, sounded pretty accurate. I have no use for them. let me know if you interested.
