budget 10" or 12" suggestions?

Looking for a single 10 or 12 that will fit the approx .86 cubic foot sealed enclosure I made. If not I can build a new one, just have limited space when installing in my 2000 mustang. Would ported be better? Just hate the idea of not getting to my spare. Will 1 sub be enough or do I need to resort to 2 10"s in seperate sealed enclosures.

I want something that'll hit relatively decent and still retain some good sq if that's even possible with my limited budget. Looking to spend $100-150. Any suggestions for brands/models?

Running a Refurbished Directed audio D2400:

"claimed"

400watt @ 4ohm

600watt @ 3 ohm (Acc. to DMM did this rating fine, just have to check for clipping)

800watt @ 2 ohm

1200watt @ 1 ohm

I have a Ti12D Elite for sale. You can put it in an enclosure as small as 1.25ft^3

Dayton Audio HO 12

Works perfectly in that sized enclosure.

mr_imperial:

PG RSD needs about 1.7 cubes, he's got about half that, good choice on a budget, but not if he's wanting to keep the box he has.

I say get you one of the JBL GT Series subs they sound **** good for the money. They only cost 90 bucks retail. They require a sealed box volume of .75 cubic feet. So that enclosure you have should work fine.

Which model? I see a power, GTO, GTI model. The GTI's sound great by their reviews but a little above my price range new at $200.
