buddy needs HELP

my friend has a 15" Kicker L7 and a box. he drives a 2001 Grand Am GT 2 dr. he only has the sub and the box so he needs an amp,wiring and a head unit.

he wants to spend around $300 total..on only the amp and the wiring because he can get a head unit from somwhere.

what suggestions do you think that would make this kicker bump pretty hard for a daily??

Is the L7 a Dual 2 Ohm version or a Dual 4??

Well - this is pretty important information.

It would be rather difficult to make an amp recommendation without knowing what resistance the needed wattage is going to be required at...
