Just so you know, there is loads and loads of Hip-Hop out there with creative beats, and incredibly deep, mind-blowing lyrics. I would imagine you hate Hip-Hop, because anything that is played on TV or the Radio or gets popular is almost always the most degenerative, pathetic, sorry excuse for noise that was ever made, and on that note I would agree. But there's plenty of great rap from back in the 80's and 90's, and even a few from the past decade. I'm not saying they're popular, or rich, or famous... but they are good. And this generation of dead-brained, good for nothing, zombies will never appreciate that actual music.

The problem with hip hop now is one, most of it is by suburban ******* that talk way to much crap. Second is the majority of the people that follow hip hop are the same fake gangsters that talk way to much crap as well. They talk about how hardcore they are but the first bullet or IED goes off and they are scared shitless and lose that facade. Three is I can't take anyone serious that purposefully destroys the English language in the attempt of sounding "cool" or something.

I have a lot more respect for the old stuff that the people actually lived what the rap about and more of them stayed humble and remembered to give back to the communities that made them famous in the the first place

Yeah, there is plenty of garbage but not all of it. Just like rock music, there are plenty of subcategories.
