great stuff in the best. get the higher density can of iti beleive they have a redand a black can one is for high expansion, the other is less expansion but hardens more dense and this crap expands like 5-8X a glob the size of a half dollar will turn out baseball or softball sized.

I was actually curious about a good expandable foam. Do you recommend this for all applications? Mainly an IB-sort of set-up. I wanted to fill the space between the outer shell and inner shell on my car in the rear quarter panel. Also, how many cans do you think I should buy for something like that? Two cans per side is enough?
