Your argument is far from objective or logical -- it is purely circular reasoning. Referencing a given text to prove the validity of that same text is not valid logic nor is it objective.
Now... you can definitely say that "I believe the Bible because I have faith in it." -- that is an opinion... but it's not logical or objective. I have no problem with someone having faith (assuming they aren't all up in my face) -- but saying faith is objective or logical is wrong.

I won't say I'm an Atheist or a Naturalist because I cannot prove that NO supernatural beings exist at all... it's also not logical to simply believe in something simply because you cannot disprove it.

I don't completely buy into any religion that exists today or has ever existed. Many of them teach very nice moral lessons that I agree with, many of them have excellent philosophical points that I enjoy & may even agree with -- I really enjoy a great deal of Buddhist philosophy but I'm not a Buddhist because I do not believe the entire religious system therein... not one system strikes me as being *completely* logical, objective, or provable.

I do agree with you somewhat but the thing that gets me is the sheer complexity of the world around us.. I love some of the bible and I think the ten commandments are "rules" we should all live by but again that's just me.. but lets be honest its seriouly flawed the book has been rewritten so many times..

I guess I'm an idiot because watching that fcuking firball set over the water at night has an effect on my beliefs.

Its REAL I can see it touch it and feel it and for it to exist in that form under those conditions is pretty ******* cool. I guess I just hope something built it because that something is pretty **** cool..

The "I don't care" response is irrelevant. Either you can or can't. You shouldn't have to "go back and fix things". Grammar should be right the first time if you're above a 3rd grade reading level...

It doesn't matter who takes me seriously. they don't have to. I'm not here to force them to do so. we all have our opinions and beliefs.

you say I have a 3rd grade level yet I have a vocabulary Id say much higher than the typical poster here. i just struggle in spelling and developed bad typing habits and fixing every grammatical error just isn't high on my list of tings to do..if you cannot read if ill edit it but i assume most people will understand an ignore the simple errors and focus on the main issue but I'm completely wrong because its all you guys try to pin on me knowing exactly what i mean..

I'm not sure what response you're referring to the I don't care reply and frankly i don't care.
