not tryin to have a ford/chevy/dodge grudge or anything...im just asking if anyone has or has had a ford bronco II, the 2.9 4x4s. i like them and they do decent on gas from what i know. a buddy had bought a 2.9 ranger and molested it for about 10 months untill he bought his new truck and it was a great running truck im just seeing if the broncos were made the same.

and while im at it, do they get loud very easy...just curious.

hum. thats how the ranger was...couldnt kill it, he paid 700 for it, put a cheap pioneer in it and dual flowmasters and sold it for 900 and its still kickin round town. never spent a penny on anything mechanical...do you have subs in it by chance?

ugliest truck ever made, and they were shit, and flipped overUncle and friend had one
i always liked the look of them

they arnt shit, as posted, 180,000 and not dripping ot burning any fluids

also "most dependable"

as far as flipping, yes, they are tall and skinny, just dont be a dumbass in it.

My mom owned 2 of the Rangers with the 2.9L in them. Both were crap. She owned a Bronco II, which was a hell of a lot better than the Rangers, and even had more miles on it, and the previous owner never took care of it. I don't like the Ford trucks, but if I got a good deal on a Bronco II, I would buy one.

Look into older S-10 Blazers if you're wanting a 4x4 SUV, or even Nissan Pathfinders (Great vehicles), Isuzu Rodeos, Toyota 4Runners. I had a Nissan Pathfinder that I hit a few deer with, and even a cow, and it didn't have any damage other than to the grill, which was plastic, and the headlight holder things.

meh. anyways im just gona keep my eyes peeled. the insurance on a bronco is actually only like an extra 20 a month than a civic. so whatever i run across first.

well from what iv read the blazers, pathfinders, rodeos and 4runners do like bat shit on gas...im going back to school and cant afford much really, how did yours do?

oklahoma...****, im in kentucky, thanks alot tho!

I used to own a bronco. .. Man that thing with 36'' tires could climb out of any mud hole! I FELL into this hole one time thinking it wasnt that deep... (they deepend to try try and stall mudders)

well I was up to my windows in water even with a 6 inch lift. Had to floor it and went almost straight up and out. what a freakin ride i'll remmeber that till the day i die!
