broken terminal screws

They make screw removers that you can buy for like $5. I've seen them at Lowe's and some parts stores. Another idea is put a lil superglue on it and glue a screw driver to it. Then use it to back the broken screw out.

 
you should be able to drill the screw out. use a drill bit smaller than the screw and drill from the back side. the bit should grab the screw and spin 'er right out. GO SLOW.

 
use a drill bit, it will grab it, and if you go nice and slowly it won't be able to drill straight through it but will instead just turn it out. If you go from the back, you can be drilling INTO the screw, while turning the screw left (from a normal viewpoint) which would be loosening it, which is what you want.
