Broken Box..is It Fixable??

in this order...

silicone---screws--- bondo... only use glue if the joints are going to make contact with each other, otherwise there's no point.

after that... get a steel rod and brace it with a 1ft length (if possible) 1/8" piece of backstrap and tighten the Fock outta it

If your joints are not going to touch when you screw them, then you should burn the box because it is useless. Adding silicone would not help much but keep it from leaking air but panel flex will ruin your sound faster and more noticeably than a small leak will. And even with extra bracing, not having the panels touch is a HUGE loss of structural integrity, an amount that won't readily be gained back even by the most rigorous internal bracing.

you can spead the joints apart alil bit take glue and push in to joints screw down tight lots of glue. but if one joint breaks odds are the rest of the box will break soon
