broken amp helpp

i have a hifonics zeus amp.. my ground cable got pulled loose and now the amp doesnt turn on, the red protection light only glows. anyone know what the problem could be?? thankss

Sounds like something shorted out. Check all the fuses on the amp and under the hood. Also, open up the amp and see anything that looks fried. If indeed it is fried there are some good places that can fix it relatively cheap.

i checked the inside today.. nothign looks blown or burnt.. the fuses arent broken, but they are a little black

id say replace them just to be sure.

Did you check the fuse for continuity?
