Bridging.

I dont fully understand this concept.

What would be a better choice for my 80 rms rainbow component speakers? i heard you should buy over the rms just to ensure u avoid clipping and overheating.

So i could get a 4 channel amp and bridge it and get 150 RMS @ 4 Ohm x 2 or i could buy a 2 channel amp and supply 80 RMS @ 4 Ohm x 2 to my speakers.

Btw im looking at JBL Amps.

Either way will work...

bridging just allows more power over less channels...
