bridging an amp

i have an alpine f240since the front ch is blown

is there a way i can bridge front and rear to all work?
Generally not.

4ch amps are generally meant to combine both the front channels together and then both the rear channels together if the unit is going to be used in bridged mode.

If you've got a burnt output you can't combine it in bridged mode to a channel that does work and magically fix it...

what are you wanting to connect to it? is it an mrpf240? and you want to hook 4 speakers to the rear channels?

yes, i wanted to know if i can connect the front speakers to the rear and bridge it.

but i guess it's not possible

well yes you can connect the front speakers to the rear!! but that is not "bridging" the amp. it will work fine like that you just will not have front/rear fader control
