alright im the new kid on the block. thinking of some subs etc etc in my 01 F250 Super Duty ext cab. would like possibly 2 10's under the back seat. mind you i have 1 yr old and 3 yr old sons that sit in the back so keeping it as stock as possible is a must. i have a friend that can build the box. i would just like some pics and suggestions on how to make this work.. thanks for the help guys.

thanks for the quick reply guys. ill try on the pics. as far as budget hmmm......i was hoping subs, amp, box and new head unit for around 6 to 700. dont laugh if thats way off. i am brand new when it comes to car audio. i have a friend who knows his stuff i just wanted some more opinions. thanks guys.

$600 - $700 can go a long way if your worried about the low end. BTW becareful with this forum... it'll consume your life.

well long story short on the pics. we just moved here and im not sure where the cord is to hook the camera to the computer and the wifey is at work, ill see what i can do about that. the back seat measurements are about 6 inches tall which i hope to raise to maybe 9 inches, about 12 inches deep and about 6 ft wide. it is a 01 F250 extended cab. i appreciate all the help, pretty kick arse site so far.

my life has already been consumed over at FordTruckWorld, i have close to 500 posts there, not a lot but its getting there. my wife calls them my nerd buddies, maybe ill have to make room for more lol. just trying to learn what i can. i was hoping 6 to 700 would go quite a ways. my buddy just got 2 punch subs, a kenwood amp, and we just installed his box today in his F250 crew cab. i dont know much but it sounded pretty good. i dont think he spent a whole lot.

To get some ideas, you might try Sounddomain and search for your year/make of Ford and see what others have done. I do that a lot of times to get ideas.
