Brahma,,can It Take It?

Thanx for the replies guys, I was asking because I have a soundstream pca 2000d and I was wondering if it would take it.

You should be fine, wire it at 4ohms. That amp is rated 1100 @ 4ohms.

But I don't see any reason it wouldn't be able to take the "2k" watts.

Unless your stuffing the Brahma into 0.45 cubes, it will not take 2,000 watts. We have the PDF of the Brahma's power handling up here http://www.stereointegrity.com/Files/BrahmaPowerHandling.pdf

In a box around 1 cube, 1000 watts is all it is rated at. After all, you're dealing with an XBL^2 SQL driver that doesn't NEED all that power.
