bracing?

what do yall use fore internal bracing?, i was gonna use 2x4's would that work pretty good?

I use 2x4's or whatever scraps I have laying around!! Just remember to subtract them from your total volume

2 x 4's work great, as do 2 x 2's. I'm currently working on an idea some one came up with from another forum. Using threaded rods so the bracing doesn't take up hardly any room at all.
