Bracing doors?

So I'm about to brace my roof with wood and I just thought of something. Has anyone done a door bracing where they stick pieces of wood inbetween the inner and outer door panels? This would make it so the outer door panel can't flex and bend and make noise. Mine do that a lot like they flap like wings =O

yeah I'm getting 30 sq ft of Damp Pro B Stock I'm ordering it this weekend and I'm doing 100% coverage on all four doors and then put the rest on my back wall. We'll see how that goes.

Don at SDS addressed this. He had the ingenious (in my opinion) idea to jam extruded butyl rope between the beams and the outer panels. I couldn't find extruded butyl rope locally, but I used some duct seal by Gardner Bender (like $2.50/lb at Home Depot) in its place to great effect.

Unless you do major modifications (welding) you won't stop your doors from flexing. Best bet is to just get some deadener on there to stop it from making noise. I played around with attaching wood to the inside of the panel using some strong adhesive but that didn't do much.

Went to a local show and got the bug again...
