if you want the most for your buck you have to use multiple brands IMO

you can grab deals out the wazzo if your savvy,and its impossible to be savvy when your limiting yourself to one stinkin brand

Look at my RSX system,it cost about 1/3rd retail - and its makes me grin from ear to ear for about 300 more than your buddys budget

They are way overpriced for example $110 for a 4/8 gauge amp kit!- best buy. They only carry popular brands that will attract costumers (audiobahn). They dont know shit about competition.

I have Kickers subs with an Orion amp and still deciding on what speakers to get. Ill show him the subs that were posted up and the amp. If he doesnt like them then im going to have to talk him out of staying with 1 brand.

Same thing I said! Especially after I had told my friend (girl) that I would hook her up with my whole Stinger 4 gauge amp kit for $30, she got impatient and just took everything to best buy and got ripped.

Just told my friend about this and he said he's very interested. He just says that "are you sure 1 would be good enough" and he said "I liked how your system sounded before" ( i had two 15" kicker L7s with 1 audiobahn a1300hct, probably running like 350rms to each, around 650 combined). He wants it around as loud as I had mine.
