Kevin Randleman is 1-6 in his last 7, with an overall of 14 and 10. Kohsaka is 4 and 5 in his MMA career. If you think these guys are top notch fighters then you're ignorant and this discussion is effectively closed.

Have you trained with anyone in your life? Or are you another internet jocky with armchair theories in the MMA realm? Give me a break.

And don't bother bringing up Sperry, he was finished after his fight with Kondo and his failure at the ADCC.

Acutally Randleman is 5-2 in his last 7 fights, TK and Randleman might not be the greatest fighters but im just pointing out Bas is out of there league. He is one of the pioneers in mma. Just watch the video and tell me how much of a can he is...

Just for the record, the guy was correct that stated in Shootfighting you cannot use closed fists. The Shamrock/Rutten fight was a Shootfighting match and they were not allowed to use fists.

Ken Shamrock has been against and beat MANY of the Japanese Shootfighting legends back in his hey-day which was basically before the UFC and up to the first UFC in 1993. The fliers were so cheesy that when our BJJ/MT studio received them, they had Royce Gracie's name and stats but Rorion's picture in his place. I won $100.00 on that night betting friends that were in TKD betting on Pat. Ken Shamrock had NEVER fought against a person wearing a Gi, and that is a major reason for his loss against Royce. Royce would have had some seriously full hands had he not had his Gi on.

For future betting purposes, you should bet on Rich Franklin, he's working really hard on advanced counters and he's very intuitive and quick. I'd like to see a match between Rich and Wanderlei.

IC... I'm 6'9 and 270 lbs (prolly like 255, 240 if I was in shape) what weight class would I be in?

gracie acadamy for teh win!!!! royce gracie was insane

not all gracies have the same training. Gracies actually broke into 4 different academies all with different styles. I have Kimo down here as well as a couple of the gracie cousins all 3 have different styles of training.

Really? Who did he beat? I remember being at the fight when Bart Vale knocked his *** out. (Bart was the ISFA Heavyweight campion for like 10 years) I trained with Bart for a couple years and remember Ken being sued for using the name shootfighting because he was no longer a member of the ISFA, as he quick after being knocked out. for the second time in 92 I beleive.

i just watched some of the first ufc videos, and i like how they didn't have gloves on there hands, but then agin, most broke there hands and there was basicaly no rules then.. i also noticed it was bracket fighting and the winner keeps goin..

he still using Shamrock? You know he wasnt Ken's real brother, he was gonzalez or some shit and just took the name. Since he isnt part of Lion's Den I figured he would change back.
