Box Tuning HELP!!!

I have a box that I am in the process of building. It was 35"x16.5"x20" (LxHxW) with a tuning of 32 Hz (19.25" for the port piece-14.25" deep-5" to the right, 3.5" wide) but I'm thinkin that it might choke the airspace between the trunk and the rest of my car (honda civic coupe). I'm thinking about making it 33"x16.5"x18" (LxHxW) and just invert the subs but I am not sure how long the port should be to tune it at 32Hz.
