Box to Hold Me Over

At the moment I am running 4 JL 13w7s on 4 JL 1000/1s. Im upgrading to 4 RD Alpha 18s soon, but until then, I want my current subs a bit louder. Any suggestions on box/port volume, what direction to face them, ect...? All advice appreciated.
