box suggestions for 15" L5s.....need a design also.

Alright, ive got my two 15" L5s in the trunk right now. In a 6.7 cubic ft box. I have finally decided to wall them off right behind the front seats. Before I get a box design I wanted to get some suggestions on the box.

Here is the space Ive got to work with:

50" Wide, 36" tall, 17" deep

I am going to put the subs beside each other closer to the top where I will have room to add two more below them later on if I choose to.

I dont really know what I want the box tuned to. But I want it to peak right around 50 hz, since I know thats where they like to shine on the meter.

Then I want to make a simple plug that makes the width of the port smaller so its tuned lower for daily.

How much port area should I have?

This is going to be in a daily driver, but I will be entering several of the comps around here.

Any suggestions are welcome. This will be my first wall build. Walling it off in a 94 honda accord 4 door.

So what should I do with the box? After we get that worked out, if someone could kindly make me a design I would greatly appreciate it.

wanting to get started on the wall here pretty soon.

Basically need to know what size box would be best for two 15" L5s. Then what I need to tune it to to get it to peak around 50 hz.

After we figure that out it would be awesome if someone could design me a box on the computer.

I have them in a 7.0 cuft box tuned to 35hz and they sound awesome in my navigator they get low, also I have them facing up and port facing rear hope this helps.

That's 15 cubes...

You could put 4 15"s in there. Why destroy your car for the same thing you already have in your trunk?

I just thought of another idea. I might could make it where two people could still sit in the backseat. I would cut down on the width of the box, where a person could sit on each side of the box. They would be pretty much blocked off from everything, but at least I could have more than 1 person ride with me.

Any more suggestions?

I'm hoping to cut the wood tomorrow.

because with the money your gonna spend on a wall, you can just buy 2 l7's and hit just as hard in a decent box. Not worth it dude jmo.
