I'm wondering what the name is of that box sealer. It's something " type II". I saw it on another thread but now I can't locate the thread. It doesn't expand like gorilla glue.

Its not a sealant, it is glue...

Yes, but they were talking about Titebond II in a thread a little bit ago, I just assumed that's what he meant by type II.. And YES, I know its glue...

Yes. You are correct. I'll use the titebond to join it and then I'll use silicone to seal. Maybe over kill but what is better screws or nails? I will be using these on top of the titebond because I don't want to have try and hold everything together in clamps.

Screws are better IMO because they are threaded and able to hold the wood together better at the joints. As long as you have a solid connection between the wood, and use enough glue, it shouldnt make much of a difference.

if you got an air compressor just use a brad nailer.
