Id like to stay sealed to keep weight down if at all possible.

Any help is very appreciated. I listen to just about everything as well.

Ok so I just looked into subs with the same motor. The rl-p recommends 1.5-2 cuft ported and so does the tc9.

Ive got about 2.5 cu ft that I can use for the box. I already know how I want to build the box I just need to know what internal volume I should go for.

If noone else chimes in here I would try 2 cube and see how you like that.

I probably will end up with 2 cube ported. Simply because I have nothing else telling me other wise.

If 2 cubes is all I need for ported I may as well port it

What tuning should I use for daily driving. I was thinking around 30 or so.

I had an re8 in a .75 cube at 32hz on about 250-300rms and it sounded good for what I was playing it for. I am adding an amp to my incars and the 8 just wont be enough. Hence the new sub
