Ok well as happy as I am with my first box, Im going to rebuild..

For a couple reasons

I made the box a couple in to wide

I want to actually build a box using all avaliable space in the cargo area.

How much of a difference is it going to make to go from 6 cubes to 8 cubes?

How can i measure volume in fiberglass areas?

Thanks

it really depend on the sub you're going to be using, the difference in volume, could kill a sub or make them sound way better.

to measure volume in a fiberglass enclosure get allot of packing peanut and put then stick them in a large enough trash bag and stuff the trash bag in the enclosure and fill it with the peanut till the enclosure is full. then measure the amount of packing peanuts in a card board box where the volume is know. and calculate how much packing peanuts takes to fill it up and how many times. that will give you a very accurate enclosure volume.

thanks I knew it was something with packing peanuts.

Sorry forgot to mention the sub. Its an Fi BL 18. recommended 5-10 QF...
