Depends on what you are looking for. Do you want SPL or SQ? There is no REAL answer to that question, it depends on what you want from your subs.

i use winISD to calculate my enclosures, i input the sup t/s parameter. i check frequency response, enclosure size and spl parameters, both in sealed and ported and i select the best all around.

Well then I would suggest a low tuned box, 28Hz is common and sounds pretty awsome. But if you have no room, then sealed should be fine... It might not be as loud as you want, but it will sound just fine.
