Box question about FI Q 10

I asked the same question over on SSA, but there isn't as much traffic over there so I haven't gotten really a concrete answer about this.

I'm wondering if anyone has experience with this driver in small ported applications? More specifically .7 cubes before driver displacement, 10 sq in of ported tuned to 30hz.

I realize that the 10 isn't used as often as the other sizes, but I'm sure someone out there has some kind of experience.

that seems really small. i built a box at 1.8 before displacement at 32 and it knocked. make it bigger if you can.

1.8 is a bit large for the 10 don't you think?

Also output isn't my main concern, I want something that can blend well with my front stage and do it easily.

if thats the case, why not go sealed for the flat frequency response? I think .6ft^3 after all driver displacement is optimal for that sub.

Too small.

Do 1.1-1.5 cubes NET @30hz... and like at least 20 square inches of port...

Hmmm, gonna skip on this sub then.

I know it's not ideal to re-use a box built for different drivers but the box that I currently have works well in my car and I wanted to keep it, so I was looking for another small box 10, but I guess I'll have to stick with what I have now, or just keep looking.
