Box plans/prices for 2/12" r-12s

Hello everyone i am very new to these forums and im loving all this good info on here.I am a chevy tech at a dealership on the southside of chicago. I have an '07 Trailblazer SS awd i am putting a new system in it. I have a pheonix gold tantrum amp just under 1600 rms. I have two brand new '09 model r-12s i am tryin to get a box built for. From what i have read i am goin to want a ported enclosure around 33hz,i want max bass for rap and whtvr while still being able to listen to any kind of music with the bass knob turned down. Can anyone who is more mathematically saavy than i tell me what size box i should build port size all that jazz.... Also if anyone who is in or around the chicago area that makes/sells boxes wants to quote me a price i would consider buying one if the price is descent : )

if they are alpine type r 12's with im assuming they are, you are gonna want a box between 4-5.5 cubes. mine is 5.5 for 2 r's and it knocks. mine is tuned to 35, i like that tuning bc its louder than a lower tuning and the r's arent made to play real low.

I build boxes. Design them too. Shoot me a PM
